For orders with a value of goods over 1000 €, please contact us before ordering. If the value of goods exceeds 1000 €, an export declaration is required for shipping. The cost of this is €45 per package.
Unfortunately, we are not able to carry out this declaration ourselves and therefore have to use a customs agency to charge these costs. It also extends the delivery time.
We can avoid this by splitting the invoice to less than €1000 each.

Information for commercial customers
Delivery is at the expense and risk of the customer. After the parcel has been handed over, we no longer have any influence on the course of the shipment. For example, address changes are then no longer possible. With the shipping notification you will receive an ID for tracking the shipment and if we have an up-to-date e-mail address from you, DHL will also inform you about the status of the shipment. The goods received must be checked by the recipient for completeness and correctness.
Cancellation policy for private consumers
You can revoke your contract within one month without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the item is handed over to you before the deadline expires - by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our obligations to provide information pursuant to Section 312c (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Section 1 (1), (2) and (4) of the German Civil Code (BGB-InfoV) as well as our obligations pursuant to Section 312e (1) sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Section 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB-InfoV). In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation or the item in good time.

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be returned. If you are unable to return the service received to us in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation for the value of the service. This does not apply to the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the item is solely due to their inspection - as you would have been able to do in a shop, for example. You do not have to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item.
Items that can be sent by parcel must be returned at our risk in their original packaging or sufficient packaging (observe the guidelines of the delivery service). You will have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros, or if, in the case of a higher price of the item, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the item, for us with its receipt.
